Terms of Service
The terms on which Autonoma provides its AI-powered digital employee services to your business.
Last updated: 23 May 2026
1.Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the supply of services by Autonoma ("Autonoma", "we", "us", or "our") to you, the client ("you" or "the Client"). By engaging our services, booking onboarding, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.
Autonoma is a business based in London, United Kingdom, providing AI-powered digital employee services to businesses in the UK and internationally.
2.Definitions
- Services — the AI-powered services we agree to provide, as described in section 3.
- Subscription — a monthly rolling arrangement under which we provide the Services in exchange for the agreed fee.
- Onboarding — the initial setup process during which we configure your AI employee.
- Fees — the charges for the Services, as set out in your order or proposal.
3.Our services
Depending on what you order, we provide one or more of the following:
- Missed Call AI — automated handling of missed calls, caller qualification, and appointment booking.
- Lead Generation — researching and contacting qualified prospects on your behalf.
- Speed-to-Lead — rapid automated follow-up to inbound web enquiries.
- Database Reactivation — re-engaging your existing contacts through personalised AI outreach.
- Content Package — production of marketing content as agreed with you.
The specific scope, configuration, and fee for your Services will be set out in your proposal or order. We may improve or update the underlying technology at any time, provided the Services continue to perform substantially as described.
4.Onboarding and going live
After you sign up, we carry out a short onboarding process to learn your business and configure your AI employee. We aim to have your Services live within 48 hours of receiving the information we need from you. Timely cooperation from you — including accurate business details and any required access — is necessary for us to meet this target.
5.Fees, billing, and subscription
- The Services are provided on a monthly rolling Subscription. There is no fixed-term lock-in.
- Fees are billed monthly in advance and are due on the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Unless stated otherwise, Fees are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable.
- If payment is not received when due, we may suspend the Services until the account is brought up to date.
6.First month free offer
Where we offer a free first month, the following terms apply:
- The offer is available to new clients only, limited to one free month per business.
- During the free month you receive the agreed Services at no charge, subject to fair and lawful use.
- Unless you cancel before the end of the free month, your Subscription will automatically continue into a paid monthly Subscription at the agreed Fee.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or vary the offer, and to decline it where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
7.Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice. Your Services will continue, and Fees remain payable, throughout the notice period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the month in which you cancel, except where required by law.
To cancel, contact us using the details on our homepage or the address in your onboarding documents.
8.Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information needed to deliver the Services.
- Use the Services lawfully and not for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
- Ensure that any contact data you provide to us — for example, for Database Reactivation or Lead Generation — was lawfully obtained and that you have the necessary rights and lawful basis for us to process it on your behalf.
- Comply with your own obligations as a data controller under UK data protection law in respect of your customers and contacts.
9.Data protection
Where we process personal data on your behalf to deliver the Services, we act as your data processor and you remain the data controller. Each party will comply with applicable UK data protection law. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10.Intellectual property
Autonoma retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary AI stack, software, systems, methods, and materials, including any improvements made during our engagement. You retain ownership of your own business data and content. You are granted a non-exclusive right to use the outputs of the Services for your business during the Subscription.
11.No guarantee of specific results
We work hard to deliver strong outcomes, but the number of calls answered, leads generated, appointments booked, or sales made depends on many factors outside our control — including your market, your offer, and your own follow-up. We do not warrant any particular volume of leads, conversions, or revenue.
12.Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Subject to the above:
- We are not liable for any missed calls, missed leads, or lost opportunities, or for any loss arising from them, beyond the limit set out below.
- We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
- Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the total Fees you paid to us for the Services in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
13.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay Fees when due, or use the Services unlawfully. On termination, any Fees accrued up to the termination date remain payable.
14.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15.Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute.
